Swarm LA is a non-exclusive talent agency representing models, creators, actors, UGC campaigns, and brand work. We’re hiring commission-based Talent Agents to help place our roster in paid opportunities across the creative and commercial industry.
This role is ideal for someone already tapped into the creative scene — someone who knows the brands, artists, videographers, and companies that regularly need talent but don’t know where to find it.
What You'll Do

Match SWARM LA talent with commercial castings, UGC campaigns, and other creative bookings

Reach out to brands, productions, and creatives in need of models, extras, or content creators

Help scout new talent that fits our agency

Act as the bridge between the client and the artist — you help us seal the deal
What We’re Looking For

Someone with a genuine understanding of the creative industry — especially in modeling, UGC, or music video spaces

You’re the kind of person who’s already around artists, brands, or creatives who often need talent but don’t have time to search

Hustler energy — you don’t need to be micromanaged

Good communicator — especially over email, DM, and text

A sense of taste — you know what talent fits what job

Prior experience in castings, production, or talent work is a big plus (but not required if you’re genuinely connected)
